Escort Rotterdam, a skyline after dark
Rotterdam is the Dutch city that looks forward. Rebuilt after the Second World War, it became a laboratory for architecture, and its skyline now reads like a portfolio: the white harp of the Erasmusbrug, the great arch of the Markthal, the tilted cube houses near Blaak, and the towers of the Wilhelminapier rising across the Maas. Its port is the largest in Europe, and the city carries the confidence of a place that works hard. It has a direct manner and a nightlife to match.
Every model in the collection can travel from Amsterdam to meet you in Rotterdam.

Where to stay
Hotels in Rotterdam gather around a few centres. The area near Rotterdam Centraal, with its striking station hall, serves business travellers and visitors arriving by train. The Kop van Zuid and the Wilhelminapier, across the Erasmusbrug, hold design-led hotels with views over the river. The Coolsingel and the streets around Museumpark and the Kunsthal complete the picture, close to shops, theatres and restaurants.
Travel time and notice
From Amsterdam, the fastest intercity train reaches Rotterdam Centraal in roughly forty minutes, while the drive takes about an hour or more depending on traffic on the A4 and A13. Please allow around two hours from your first message, and more at the weekday evening peak or during major events in the city. Hotels on the Kop van Zuid add a few minutes beyond the station. Should a train be disrupted, you will hear at once. Otherwise your coordinator gives you a confirmed time, and that time is kept.
An evening in Rotterdam
The city suits an evening with some edge to it. Dinner with a view of the river, a drink at a rooftop bar, a walk across the Erasmusbrug with the lights on the water, then back to a room several floors above the city. The restaurant scene is ambitious and unpretentious at once, well suited to a dinner date. Milena, direct and glamorous with a high-shine editorial style, seems made for this skyline. Stacy, bold and spontaneous, shares the city's taste for street photography and late nights. Tina, confident and easygoing, has an eye for fashion design and a good cocktail.
Because she travels to you, longer formats are a natural choice in Rotterdam; they are confirmed on request.
Before you write
Rotterdam spreads across both banks of the Maas, and the river matters for timing. Say whether your hotel is on the north bank, near the station and the Coolsingel, or on the south bank at the Kop van Zuid, since bridges and tunnels can add minutes at busy hours. Name the hotel, and the tower if it shares a building with offices or apartments. If you are in the city for a conference or a match at De Kuip, mention it; those evenings need an earlier message.
Also within reach
Rotterdam lies a short journey from Den Haag, and companions can meet you in either city. For a layover on the way home, see Schiphol. Each step of arranging the evening is described on the reservations page.
